WRITERS WORKSHOPS in Fiction, Narrative Nonfiction & Memoir

Payment Schedule

  • Once invited, participants will complete a Registration Form and pay the minimum (non-refundable) deposit before the deadline of May 2.
  • If participants request CW arranged lodging, a 25% lodging payment will be required by May 2.
  • Once lodging requests have been made, and housing assignments confirmed, an invoice will be emailed to those who have a balance due.
  • The balance of fees is due by June 30.

Payment Methods

  • Pay online by card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are accepted), as well as PayPal. A 3.20% service fee applies to all online payments.
  • Send a check by regular mail to the Community of Writers.

Cancellation Policy

  • Acceptance notifications: On or before April 20.
  • Tuition deposit is nonrefundable after the deposit deadline (May 2). To receive a full tuition deposit refund, written cancellation must occur before the deadline.
  • Tuition payment (less the deposit) AND housing payments are refundable only if written cancellation occurs on or before June 30 (seven days prior to Opening Day).
  • No refund of fees will be issued if cancellation is received within seven days of Opening Day.
  • No refund of fees will be issued if participants departs the workshop week.
