The event will start at 4:00 PM (Pacific) , but feel free to join up to 30 minutes early.
Chat: To use the chat, enter your full name into the window on the right and click “Join.” (Do not click “Log In with Vimeo” unless you already have a Vimeo account you would like to use; there is no need to enter your email address or other personal details.) If you don’t see the chat window, please allow up to a minute for the asset to load. If it does not load, try refreshing the page or contact us.
Closed Captions: Captions must be enabled manually. To enable them, hover over the player below and click on the CC icon in the lower right.
Want the viewer screen to be larger, and to be able to see the chat? You may want to try viewing here instead. NOTE: You may have to close a popup by clicking a small X in the lower left-hand corner in order to see the chat field.

Troubleshooting: We strongly encourage you to join each session early, allowing ample time for you to make sure your sound/video/chat features are all working.
Usually, if something is not working, it is because your browser is has not been updated recently or you are using a browser that is not supported by Vimeo. The best browser to view these events is google chrome. You can download chrome for your computer here.
If you are already using Chrome, but are still encountering issues, it’s possible that your Chrome is out of date, in which case you can find the latest updates to Chrome here.
