About half of our participants bring cars; the other half carpool or arrive by flying into the Reno Airport. Try to plan your trip to arrive in Olympic Valley no later than 3:00 PM, June 21. Plan your departure from Olympic Valley for around 11 am, June 27. If flying, try to get a flight that departs Reno in the early afternoon, if possible, and make your airline reservations as soon as you can.
