Welcome to our Headquarters for First Aid consultations.

Please use the appropriate link below to navigate to your appointment. (You will have received a confirmation email containing the appointment time, the name of the virtual meeting space, and the staff member with whom you have been paired.)

Please join 2 minutes before your scheduled time. Please wait to be admitted. You will be admitted as close to that time as possible. All times are Pacific Time.

If you find yourself waiting too long beyond your appointed time, or encounter any trouble, please call or text your ELF, (Electronic Literary Facilitator). See below.

Make sure you have emailed the Elf your poem in advance (deadline Thursday). The ELF will screen-share your poem. The staff poet will also ask you to read your poem aloud during the session.

Once you’ve had your session, let us know how it went.
