Amy Franklin-Willis

Amy Franklin-Willis, born in Birmingham, Alabama, is an eighth generation Southerner. She received an Emerging Writer Grant from the Elizabeth George Foundation to complete The Lost Saints of Tennessee (Atlantic Monthly Press, 2012), a novel inspired by stories of her father’s childhood in rural Pocahontas, Tennessee. Franklin-Willis lives with her family in Northern California.
