Mel Bloomer (she/they) is an LA-based, New York–born screenwriter with an MFA from Loyola Marymount University. She specializes in queer-centered, character-driven stories about people who feel too much, say too little, and love imperfectly. Bloomer is currently developing several original screenplays and loves shaping lived experience into bold, resonant, and well-structured cinematic stories.
