Air Transportation

The airport to use is the Reno International Airport in Reno, Nevada. We will be arranging airport shuttles for poets to use on June 21 and 27. You will receive a confirmation and further instructions closer to your travel days.
If flying into Reno, how will you get from the Reno Airport to Olympic Valley?
“Airport Shuttle” indicates you would like to be on one of the shuttles we arrange. If selected, $60/$115 round-trip will be added to your invoice.

“North Lake Tahoe Express” means you will need to use their service and will make your own reservations.

Please send us your flight info even if you are renting a car.

In most cases this should be 6/21/25. Sometimes participants may find it easier to fly into Reno the night before, spend the night in a hotel, and return to the airport the next day to catch the shuttle. If this is2025 the case, please select 6/20/25.
