This year we are pleased to welcome seven extraordinary poets including two Pulitzer Prize winners, a recipient of the Griffin International Prize, a recipient of the Wallace Award for Poetry, a former U.S. Poet Laureate, a National Book Award winner, and a recipient of the Pushcart Prize.

On Thursday, June 23, 2022, acclaimed poets Camille Dungy, Robert Hass, Brenda Hillman, Major Jackson, Ada Limón, Sharon Olds, and Matthew Zapruder will read from their poetry under the stars outside Bar One in the Olympic House. We urge you to bring a warm jacket.
This gathering of the tribe—all staff poets from this year’s Community of Writers’ Summer Poetry Workshop in Olympic Valley—will raise money for the Poetry Program’s financial aid and scholarships. Join us for a reading, signing, and reception with the poets. Books by the poets will be available for purchase before and after the reading. For those attending in person, a no-host bar will be serving beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages.
General Admission: $25
Students: $15 (with current student ID)/$20 (without ID)
Proof of vaccination is required.

If you will be joining virtually, you will receive an email after registering which will contain a link to join night-of.
The Village at Palisades Tahoe has a massive parking lot just a short distance from the Olympic House as well as minimal street parking.

We are looking for volunteers! We need help with:
- Promoting the event during the months of May and June.
- Crowd-wrangling on the evening of June 21.
